SomeTosser's Final Weigh In (Fatty Fat Fat Challenge 2013)


I could've done better as I didn't really exercise that much, mainly walking. I just ate less. No takeaway lunches at work. I ate Celery at lunch for about 6 weeks, then I got sick of it. I started to hate celery. Now I eat Mandarins or Pears for lunch and have a small cup of Greek yoghurt for breakfast. I'm still a fatty! but I am fairly happy with the result. I plan to keep going and start exercising more. I want to be under 100kg by the end of the year. Good luck to all of the other contestants. A big THANK YOU goes to FLASHOVR for organizing the challenge and providing a bit of inspiration to start losing weight.
