Woman on the 4th of July in downtown
Reno having a bad drug trip or psychotic episode. Could be crack, meth,
or maybe bath salts. She is having hallucinations and talking to god
about the rapture etc. The police eventually arrive, talk with her for a
few seconds, and drive away.
